Cape Shore Realty is proud to announce the addition of two agents to its sales team.
Charles ‘Bud’ Johnson has extensive knowledge of Cape May County. Bud, as most friends and family call him, was born, raised and currently resides in North Wildwood. Bud is very familiar with the construction industry, which is extremely valuable as a realtor. He has been employed as a foreman for several local building contractors, and as a self-employed contractor for more than 35 years. Bud has always worked with an attitude of focusing on customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and creating lasting relationships. He now brings those same values to his real estate clients with a caring, steady hand to both buyers and sellers. He is blessed with two great children and two grandchildren. Bud’s interests outside of his work environment include 18 holes on a beautiful golf course, boating and traveling for some new adventures.
Christa Linnington was born and raised in Cape May. She graduated from Coastal Carolina University in 2015 with a marketing degree and cum laude honors. Christa is the fourth generation of realtors in her family, starting with her great grandmother, May Linnington, who had a realty and insurance agency from 1951 until 1981. Christa’s grandmother, Marie Britton, also owned and operated an office, Century 21 Britton Realty, from 1981 to 2003. Additionally, Christa’s parents John and Marianne Linnington are licensed brokers.
Cape Shore Realty is happy to welcome Bud and Christa to its real estate family!
