Darcy Dickenson, Broker/Salesperson with Coldwell Banker Sol Needles, was born in Hartford, Conn. She moved to Cape May in 1971 and has resided in West Cape May for the past 32 years. She obtained her Graduate Realtors Institute Designation followed by her broker’s license 14 years after starting with Barbara Koop in 1995.
Darcy joined the Coldwell Banker team in 2014. She has listed and sold over 200 properties in her 22 years as a real estate professional, learning the ins and out of Cape May County. She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors and has been awarded the New Jersey Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales award several years in a row. She specializes in luxury homes, first time homebuyers and everything in between.
