Licensed since 2003, Ed ceased his active participation as a realtor during the past 8.5 years while he served as mayor and Planning Board member in Cape May.
As a property owner in the city for 46 years and an elected official for 16.5 years, Ed has demonstrated his love for “the nation’s oldest seashore resort” and his integral knowledge of all aspects of Cape May’s assets and operations.
With 21 years of active participation on the Planning Board, Ed has been intimately involved in the development of Cape May’s Master Plan, zoning ordinances, flood mapping and prevention plans.
