SLOBODJIAN,GEORGE A., age 52, of Wildwood passed away suddenly Sunday, December 15, 2013. George was born in Philadelphia the beloved son of the late Emma Slobodjian and is survived by his father George W Slobodjian. He spent most of his life in Villas, NJ. George was a graduate of Lower Cape Regional High School; worked as a plumber for Belasco Plumbing in Wildwood; and most recently at Oceanview Motel in Wildwood Crest. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and playing the drums, but most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family. George is the beloved husband of Theresa Slobodjian; the beloved father of: Danielle Slobodjian, Lori Prettyman, & Chally Jobe. He is the beloved grandson of his maternal grandmother Dorothy E Sundo; the beloved nephew of his aunt Betty DiRuocco, Dorothy Jackson and the late Cassy Jones and Sonny Corsey; and the brother of Eric J Slobodjian. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 20, 2013 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May; where friends will be received from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. BOWERSOCK, ROBERT After a battle with Alzheimer's, on July 22, 2025, Robert Bowersock “Big Bad Bob” passed away peacefully at home on the bay, surrounded by his loving family and graced with a beautiful sunset to end his final Chapter of Life. Bob was born on January 20, 1940.
