PITTS, DICKSON REGAN

PITTS, DICKSON REGAN On July 26th, 2011 Dickson Regan Pitts passed away at the age of 56. Dickson was born on Dec 10th, 1954 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Paul M. Pitts, Jr. and Betty Sue Pitts. He was a graduate of The Episcopal Academy in Philadelphia and Duke University where he established lifelong friendships. Always quick with a smile and a laugh, Dickson never met a stranger which led him to a successful career in sales. He was employed by HC Brill/Caravan/CSM for 30 years, holding such positions as Vice President of Sales and National Accounts Manager. During his career, he lived in San Francisco, CA, Kansas City, KS and Suwanee, GA and made many friends along the way. He was most proud of his family, had a passion for the game of golf and was an avid Duke Basketball fan. Dickson leaves behind his beloved wife of 25 years Katherine Pitts and adored daughters Emma and AnnaKate Pitts. He will be sadly missed by brothers Paul M. Pitts (Tena), Robert Pitts (Beth), 13 loving nieces and nephews, and 8 sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. He was preceded in death by his mother Betty Sue, father Paul and sister-in-law Paty. A memorial service was held at 11 am Saturday July 30, 2011 at the Episcopal Academy; 1785 Bishop White Drive; New Town Square, Pennsylvania, 19073.
