Fannie Pauline Levinson (Rutherford)April 10, 1931 –November 13, 2022At 91 years old, Fannie departed this life as the result of a tragic automobile accident. She was an elegant lady, beloved family matriarch, wife, mother, grandmother (well known as “Nanny”), great-grandmother, sister, aunt, retired businesswoman, and friend to everyone she met. Many will remember her as the owner of Ben’s Restaurant in North Cape May. Too many family members to list; However, she was predeceased by her loving husband Leonard Levinson in 2005.Pauline represented all that is good in this world. Her legacy is kindness, and her final wish, peace. By her example, she taught us how to live. Heaven sure hit the jackpot with her passing as “Nanny” has probably already invited all the angels over for a tea party.In her memory, in lieu of flowers, Pauline would hope that you perform an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness for a person in need.
