Neil Seton James, 96, of Mechanicsburg, PA passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2019 surrounded by his family at home. Born December 13, 1922 in Philadelphia, PA he was the son of the late Geoffrey M. James and Ellen O’Neill James Foley.Surviving are his loving wife Margaret “Peg” Buddy James; four children Geoffrey James (Christine), Jennifer Reardon (Dennis), Betsy James, and David James (Karen); 8 grandchildren and 2 step-grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and 5 step-great grandchildren.Memorial services will be held on Friday, August 16 at 2:00 PM at the Richard D. Rife Center located on the East Campus of Bethany Village, 325 Wesley Drive, Mechanicsburg.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Neil to the scholarship established for his late grandson, The Bryan D.
