Meeting Provides Real World Experience for Cape Tech Students

Cape Tech Culinary Arts Technology level one sophomore students gain experience with real world expectations.

CREST HAVEN – Dr. Nancy Hudanich, superintendent of the Cape May County Technical School District, conducted the Superintendent’s Advisory Council meeting on Dec. 5 with county Freeholders, Cape May County Technical School District Board of Education members, business owners, and community partners. The event was held in the American Bounty Café, located in the high school student-run restaurant.
The meeting afforded the first opportunity of this school year for the Culinary Arts Technology level one sophomore students to gain experience, skills, and knowledge they need to build a successful career in the ever-changing food service and hospitality industry.
