VILLAS – The Lower Township Department of Parks and Recreation held their Halloween Costume Parade on Sat., Oct. 20, 2012 as part of Lower Township’s Annual Pumpkin Festival. At this year’s event there was great weather and lots of creative costumes. The following are the award winners from this year’s event.
Two Years and Under:
