ERMA – Big Brothers Big Sisters, in partnership with Lower Cape May Regional High School, and the Richard M. Teitelman Middle School launched the second year of their one-to-one mentoring program.
According to a release, in this program, high school students are paired one-on-one with middle school students to help aid the transition into high school.
The mentoring relationship begins in seventh grade and continues through the younger student’s ninth grade year.
During this first meeting, the students enjoyed playa bowls, provided by Joe Wallash of Shore Juice, while they chatted about their summer over a few board games.
