Literacy Tutor Training Program to be Offered Feb. 16

PLEASANTVILLE – You still have time to sign up for tutor training!  Literacy Volunteers Association Cape-Atlantic (LVA) is conducting tutor training beginning Feb. 16, 2016 at Royal Suites on 214 West Jim Leeds Road in Galloway Township. This workshop meets for five consecutive Tuesday mornings 9 a.m. to noon. 
LVA’s 15 hour tutor training workshops will prepare you to work with adults who want to improve their reading, writing and English language skills.  A second workshop is scheduled for five consecutive Saturday mornings beginning April 16 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Ocean City Free Public Library.
