Hurricane Igor Produces Big Waves for N.W. Surfers

NORTH WILDWOOD — As firefighters convened in Wildwood Sept. 17-19, Hurricane Igor, a powerful storm, sailed north, far offshore. However, in its wake, big surf brought many surfers to the beaches of this city.
Photographer John Harkins records some of the more adventurous on those big waves.
