CAPE MAY – Eagle Scout Joseph Stevenson of Troop 84, Cape May, stated the 12 points of scout hood as Tenderfoot scouts light candles to represent each at the annual Court of Honor, Jan. 10.
Stevenson built a bench at the Star of the Sea Elementary School for his Eagle Scout Project.
He will continue with the troop as assistant scoutmaster.
