Diane S. Fox Named NJASBO First Vice-President

COURT HOUSE – Middle Township Board of Education Business Administrator (BA)/Board Secretary, Diane S. Fox, CPA, has been named First Vice-President of the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials (NJASBO) for the 2017 – 2018 school year.
Fox began her school business career in Middle Township School District in 2000 as the Fiscal Officer for the district.  In 2004, she worked as Assistant BA before becoming BA for the Cape May County Special Services District.  She returned to Middle Township School District in 2012 to serve as BA. 
Fox also has experience in the private industry.  She worked with Adams, Fox & Company, P.C. (formerly Robert H. Adams, CPA) as a managing partner for 11 years.  Previously, Fox worked with Atlantic Electric (now Connectiv) for three years in accounts payable and plant accounting.  For three summers, she managed the Summer Place Restaurant, where she oversaw personnel management, ordering product, and bookkeeping.
In addition to serving as a trustee for NJASBO, Fox is a member of Cape May County ASBO, ASBO International, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. (AICPA).  
Fox graduated from Stockton State College (Stockton University) with a BS in Accounting and earned her master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Thomas Edison State College.  Fox is a certified CPA, Business Administrator, and School Administrator.  She is also working to complete her doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a K-12 Education Focus from Grand Canyon University.
Fox lives with her family in Cape May Court House.
