WOODBINE – The Cape May County Library invites those in grades 6 to 8 to a Book Club that will be held at 2:30 p.m., June 7, at the Woodbine Branch library, 800 Monroe Avenue, Woodbine.
The Teen Department Staff says: Let’s get together and talk about what we like to read! We’ll have lots of books you can check out and you can hear what everyone likes to read. It’s a great way to find out about new, fun books! Open to grades 6-8 only.
Registration is not required for this event. For more information, please contact the Cape May County Library Teen Department at (609) 463-6357 or email us at teen@cmclibrary.org.
“Our Teen Library Staff was delighted to let us know that they had 12 attendees for our May book club meeting. It was the largest meeting yet! The theme was graphic novels/comics. The teens really enjoyed getting recommendations of new books to read and were very excited to check out the books that Mary from the Teen Library Staff brought along with her,” added Mayor Pikolycky. “And I just received word that there were eight participants in the origami star making yesterday afternoon.”
