COURT HOUSE – Cape May County Freeholder Vice-Director M. Susan Sheppard and the Library Commission are pleased to announce the winners of the 2012 Teen Photography Contest “Capture the Moment” sponsored by the Cape May County Library and Sturdy Savings Bank. The contest was open to all teens from twelve to eighteen years old. The winning photos will be displayed at the Cape May Court House Library in the month of Sept.
