County Library Hosts Tween Game Night:
The Cape May County Library invites tweens, ages 10-14, to join us for Tween Game Night. This event will take place at 3:30 p.m. on Mondays, Jan. 4, 11, and 25. The event will be held at the Lower Cape Branch of the Library located at 2600 Bayshore Road in the Villas.
Tweens, ages 10-14, are invited to the Lower Cape Library to play board games, card games, and video games on the Wii and PS3. Snacks will be served.

The Cape May County Library invites teens, ages 13-18, to play Dungeons & Dragons held from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, Jan. 6, 13, 20, and 27. Dungeons & Dragons is held at the Main Branch of the library, located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.

The Cape May County Library invites those in 6th to 8th grades to a Book Club that will be held at 2:30 on Thurs., Jan. 8. The program will take place at the Woodbine Branch library located at 800 Monroe Avenue in Woodbine.
Let’s get together and talk about what we like to read! We’ll have lots of books you can check out and you can hear what everyone likes to read. It’s a great way to find out about new, fun books! Open to grades 6-8 only.

The Cape May County Library invites tweens and teens in grades 6-12 to a crafting session featuring stone magnets. This program will take place at six of our branches in Jan.
We’re going to make magnets using stones and pictures you draw or cut from magazines or books. Bring your own magazines and books if you want, but we’ll have some for you too! Open to those in grades 6-12. Coloring sheets will be provided for younger siblings. No registration required. Just show up! Look for our take-home craft in your local branch’s teen space, too! All teens can visit and use all branches of the Cape May County Library.

Turn a regular pair of gloves into wearable technology that will allow you to use your touch screen device and stay warm at the same time! Use our gloves or bring your own! Open to those in grades 6-12. No one younger can participate. Coloring sheets will be provided for younger siblings. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Just show up! County Library Hosts Movie Monday for Teens:
The Cape May County Library invites teens, ages 13-18, to watch a movie from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Mon., Jan. 25. The movie will be held at the Main Branch of the library, located at 30 W. Mechanic Street in Cape May Court House.
The movie will be rated PG-13 or lower. Teens who attend the program will have the opportunity to vote among movie choices. Light refreshments will be served.

County Library Launches Teen Volunteer Program:
Cape May Court House – The Cape May County Library invites teens, ages 13 to 17, to participate in the Teen Volunteer Program at the library.
Interested teens may sign up for orientation sessions at the Court House Library. After orientation, volunteers will choose from a list of available jobs. Volunteer slots will be open year-round, allowing teens to gain valuable experience that can be included on resumes, college applications, and scholarship applications.
The volunteer program is currently available at the Court House and Lower Cape Library branches.
