CLERMONT – Phil Risko of Northstar Marine, Clermont, was recognized as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) “I am for the Child” Community Partner for his involvement and support of the organization’s mission. CASA annually chooses individuals or businesses which have shown extraordinary support in helping CASA provide court advocates for children living in foster care in Atlantic and Cape May counties.
