Welcome Friends and Neighbors,
We are thrilled and honored that you are joining us for the 5th Annual Cape May County Coast Guard Community Festival. This year we have expanded the Festival into a week long celebration. Additional events have been incorporated during the festival week, throughout Cape May County, including art shows and educational exhibits that can be enjoyed by all!
Our mission is to nurture strong relationships between the Coast Guard members, their families and the community by developing programs, supporting efforts of others, and facilitating active engagement between the Coast Guard and Cape May County. We are guided by our desire to be accountable and trust-worthy, and our drive to deliver excellence because of the value we place on the service to country of Coast Guard personnel and their families. Our Foundation strives to mirror and honor those we serve.
The Coast Guard Community Festival, a family friendly event, honors the men and women of the United States Coast Guard. The festival offers a unique opportunity for the community to tour Training Center Cape May, which is the only national boot camp for Coast Guard recruits. Take a walk through the base, or hop on a trolley to view the various activities the festival has to offer including: tours of Coast Guard vessels and helicopters, thrilling search and rescue demonstrations led by the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, and captivating performances by the U.S. Coast Guard Drill Team and Recruit Band. Additionally, enjoy scenic tours of the Cape May Harbor, a maritime themed Youth Art Show at the Nature Center, a lively Kids’ Zone, delicious food, local brews, vendors, and live entertainment including local favorite, “Radio Neon Band,” and the USO Show Troupe from New York City!
Thank you for spending the day with us at the Cape May County Coast Guard Community Festival. Our Foundation honors Coast Guard personnel and their families for the extraordinary role they play in our nation and our community and celebrates and educates regarding the many deep connections that exist between the Coast Guard and Cape May County. Cape May County is designated as a Coast Guard Community, and the Foundation’s activities support the designation. It is our hope you will continue to celebrate and honor the United States Coast Guard throughout the year.

Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
