CAPE MAY – Morgan Flickinger, a student at the Cape May City Elementary School, was awarded Honorable Mention for the “My County” poster contest. The Constitutional Officers Association of New Jersey sponsors the contest to promote awareness of county government to 4th graders across Cape May County. Morgan was awarded a grab bag of items including a mug with her poster printed on the front.
