Candidate Forum for Wildwood Crest Commission to be Held Oct. 25

WILDWOOD CREST – Coastal Broadcasting Systems, Inc. announced that it has agreed to provide an audio and video stream of the upcoming debate featuring all (six) candidates who are seeking elected office in Wildwood Crest during the November election.  The debate will be held Oct. 25, at 6:00 p.m. at the Crest Pier in Wildwood Crest.  Video and audio of the debate will be streamed live at 987thecoast.com and audio will be simulcast on 98.7FM the Coast.
“Coastal Broadcasting’s heritage service has been its commitment to local news and coverage of municipal, county, regional, and state elections”, said Robert Maschio, President of Coastal Broadcasting Systems.  “Wildwood Crest typically does not experience highly contested elections and we are proud to be the media sponsor of the debate and bring this service to voters in Wildwood Crest who may not be able to attend in person”.
The 98.7 The Coast is the official sponsor of the debate. Denis Brown will represent the Coast Broadcasting System and the League of Women Voters of Cape May County will moderate and set the agenda of the debate.
The candidates expected to participate in the election are Joyce P. Gould, Carl H Groon, David C. Thompson, Darleen Devlin, Robert J. Bethel & Don Cabrera.
The election will be held Nov. 7 when voters will fill all three seats on the Wildwood Crest Borough Commission; each term will last four years.
