Ann and Joe Swartz and family are now back in Woodbine at the Woodbine Meat Market and Convenience Store, formerly known as Smokey’s Meat Market.
The Swartzs bring 30 years of experience in the meat and grocery business to Woodbine.
The 3,000 sq. foot market and convenience store has been completely remodeled from top to bottom in a sunny yellow and white retro look reminiscent of days gone by.
The market will carry a full line of Dietz & Watson deli meats and cheeses, as well as beef, pork, veal, lamb, chicken, and homemade salads.
Plus the market will have a full kitchen and grill for takeout breakfast and lunch items.
For your mornings there is plenty to from which to choose such as French toast stixs, hash browns, and egg sandwiches with your choice of scrapple, pork roll or steak.
Not that hungry? Pick up a toasted bagel with cream cheese instead.
Woodbine meat market provides a varied and wide selection to satisfy your lunch appetite. Whether you want chicken, seafood, a cold sandwich, steak sandwich, burger or club sandwich, Ann and Joe have it.
Their burgers are made from fresh ground beef — never frozen. The chicken cheesesteak is made fresh boneless chicken breast, and is sure to please.
How about their homemade meatballs or meatloaf? Or try any one of their sandwiches made with their roast beef or turkey both baked fresh on-site.
In addition, Ann and Joe will carry many convenience items such as frozen foods, beverages — from milk and juice to soda and iced teas — all the staples needed for your cooking and baking needs, as well as fresh produce.
Having a party? Woodbine Meat Market can take care of your party needs with party platters of sandwiches, salads, cold cuts, and snacks. Call ahead (609-861-2250) and place your order for the upcoming Super Bowl.
Stop by the Woodbine Meat Market and Convenience Store located at 437 Washington Ave. in Woodbine for their grand opening on Monday, January 16.
