CAPE MAY – Coldwell Banker Sol Needles Real Estate announced recently that William “Yogi” Kurtz has joined the sales staff in the Cape May office at 512 Washington Mall. Bill is a lifetime resident of Cape May and worked in the real estate industry in the 1980’s and 1990’s before running the West Side market in West Cape May and Neil’s Steak and Chowder House in Wildwood. “I missed the challenge and excitement of working in the real estate field” said Kurtz, adding “I look forward to meeting and assisting people in their pursuit of real estate purchases in the recovering market in the Cape May area”.
