WILDWOOD – Wildwood has been named the number one best beach boardwalk by Family Vacation Critic, a subsidiary of Trip Advisor.
This is the third year in a row that the Wildwoods have appeared in the number one spot on this list, having been named number one Beach Boardwalk in 2012 and 2013 as well.
Family Vacation Critic lists that more than 100 rides and attractions, as well as shopping and dining along the 2-mile boardwalk are the reasons why Wildwood comes out on top. They also say it is traditional and family-friendly.
Wildwood’s Boardwalk offers several amusements, as it’s home to Morey’s Piers which operates three different amusement parks directly on the pier, including Mariner’s Landing Pier, Adventure Pier and Surfside Pier. The amusements operator also operates Ocean Oasis Waterpark & Beach Club and Raging Waters Waterpark for water fun directly off one of the Shore’s best beaches.
Wildwood was the only Jersey shore town named in this list.
