WBID Offers Façade Improvement Grant & More in Downtown Wildwood

By Press Release

On Thursday, Oct. 5, John Donio, President of the Wildwood Business Improvement District (WBID), presented a $2,500 check to Matt and Carly Sicilia. The check was funded from the Downtown Wildwood Façade Improvement Grant Program, and contributed to the cost of The Wild Scoop Ice Cream & Coffee Bar sign at the Sicilia’s new store at 3411 Pacific Ave. in Downtown Wildwood!
The Sicilia’s contacted WBID in April upon hearing of the plans for Byrne Plaza, Downtown Wildwood’s new event space that is under construction at 3400 Pacific Ave. The $2 million Byrne Plaza project, along with WBID’s Management and Programming plans, gave the Sicilia’s the confidence to move forward and open The Wild Scoop Ice Cream & Coffee Bar in Downtown Wildwood. The WBID’s Façade Improvement Grant information and application is part of the WBID New Business Recruitment Folder that was given to the Sicilia’s to provide information about Downtown Wildwood.
