After undergoing a series of renovations and updates, Victoria’s Restaurant of North Cape May first opened its doors in late June of 2014. The restaurant has since begun to build a solid reputation for itself in the Cape May dining community as a casual, bright, and modern eatery and one-stop destination for family fun.
At the helm of Victoria’s operations is owner Adrian Roman, a restaurateur with over ten years of experience in management at dining establishments throughout Atlantic City. When Adrian was recently presented with the opportunity to own and operate his own restaurant at the site of the former Blue Plate Diner, he just had to take it. He enlisted the help of a former executive chef at Trump Plaza Casino in carefully creating the menu items.
Victoria’s specializes in an American-Italian fusion, presenting both American classics as well as Italian cuisine. The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. serving both lunch and dinner. Diners are invited to take a seat in the spacious yet cozy indoor dining room or to savor the North Cape May breeze from the outdoor patio.
Their menu features $7.95 lunch specials daily, including select items from the varied menu of salads, sandwiches, burgers, and pasta. The dinner menu, with choices starting at just $12.50, features pasta entrees, poultry, steak, and seafood prepared and presented in a classic fashion. The signature Seared Salmon, served with Brussel sprouts and pan roasted potatoes, is a must-try. Victoria’s three-course dinner special features fabulous pasta dishes, chicken, fish or steak entrees for just $18. Early Bird diners can receive an exclusive discount on select entrees from 4 to 5 p.m. daily.
Victoria’s also presents weeknight specials Sunday through Thursday, including the popular unlimited mussels deal offered every Thursday. Stop by on Monday evenings for Prime Rib Night. On Tuesday, make it a family affair to remember with the Kids’ Night special featuring a meal, drink, sundae, and game of mini golf all for just $4. 95 per child.
The restaurant is now the new home of the famous Rainbow Ice Cream Parlor, located adjacent to the dining room. Rainbow features a total of twenty four flavors of ice cream as well as several signature sundaes. End the weekend with Sundae Sunday, featuring a free sundae with the purchase of a dinner. Make it a great night out in just one convenient stop with a Victoria’s meal, a Rainbow sundae, and a full game of miniature golf, just $2 per player all day every day.
In celebration of the recent grand opening, Victoria’s will host a Custom Truck Show on Saturday, August 23 from 1 to 4 p.m. The Show will feature several beautifully modified trucks and a competitive pie eating contest with a first place prize of a $100 Victoria’s gift certificate.
