Paul received his undergraduate degree in molecular biology with a minor in biochemistry from Millersville University, Pa. While
working at Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. during this time his parents fell ill and he could see how Western medicine was unable to fully address their health concerns. Paul realized that there had to be a different way, a better way. While exploring many forms of medicine, Paul discovered Chinese medicine and became extremely interested and decided to take a different road into health care. He went on to complete a four-year postgraduate medical degree from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Additionally, Paul trained in China learning about classical acupuncture and herbal medicine.
