By Herald Staff

OCEAN CITY — Gold-coast Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Matt Rydzewski, a graduate of Ocean City High School and The College of New Jersey, has joined the firm as a sales associate.
Rydzewski said “Growing up at the Shore gives me a thorough knowledge of Ocean City and the surrounding area, and I use that experience to meet my clients’ sales and rental needs.”
Rydzewski graduated TCNJ with a BS in business administration-economics and later pursued his master’s degree at The Richard Stockton College in Pomona. He has traveled extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada as an energy and financial/operational consultant and has extensive experience in finance within the casino-hospitality industry.
Rydzewski was senior director of financial/operational analysis at Kerzner International’s Atlantis Casino Hotel-Paradise Island, Bahamas, and his resume includes positions with Resorts International and Caesars Atlantic City.
“We’re excited to have an accomplished professional such as Matt join our firm,” said Burt Wilkins, broker/owner at Goldcoast Sotheby’s International Realty. “Matt’s strong ties to the Shore allow him to identify and act on the great opportunities available in this area.”
Rydzewski lives in Linwood with his wife Mary. His son Matthew works as an attorney for Mayers, Mennies and Sherr and his daughter Michelle is employed by Merck Pharmaceuticals.
