Rixey Realty Announces New Sales Staff

Rixey Real Estate Agency of Cape May Court House is proud to announce the addition to its sales staff of Katherine Dahl (the former Kathy Martin) and Mary “Bunny” Rixey. Both have been recognized numerous times as a million dollar producers and bring plenty of local real estate knowledge with them.
Ms. Rixey is a Broker/Salesperson with over 35 years experience in residential and commercial sales throughout the state. She is considered an expert in land acquisition, assemblage, development and relocation. Ms. Rixey earned a Bachelor degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with concentration in Management and a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) from Temple University with concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Studies.
Katherine brings with her over 30 years of experience in Cape May County real estate as a Broker/Sales person. Her real estate experience includes vacation and year round rentals and management along with residential and commercial sales. Katherine is also a licensed Florida Sales Associate.
