Coastline Broker, Realtor Earn Titles

CAPE MAY — Carol Menz, broker/owner and Ami Menz, recently returned from Atlantic City where they completed a highly specialized course in customer service referral-based business conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of Realtors.
That course is one in a series of professional education sequences required to qualify for the Certified Residential Specialist designation, according to a release.
The course covered the implementation of specific ideas to add value to and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service both during and after the buying/or selling of a home.
During the two-day course, Carol and Ami were subject to hands-on development of plans and programs designed to ensure the professionalism of the residential sales associates.
“There are many new unique and compelling strategies for enhancing the customers experience,” said Carol, “and I have already begun to apply the strategies covered during this course at Coastline Realty.”
