CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Cape Regional Health System has announced that Raymond Marotta, M.D., Board-Certified Family Physician with Cape Regional Physicians Associates, has been named Physician Difference Maker of the Year for 2016.
His nomination read, “Dr. Marotta is truly a difference maker. He always puts his patients first and at the same time makes Cape Regional Heath System shine! He consistently creates a WOW experience making every interaction both personal and positive. Recently, one of Dr. Marotta’s elderly patients needed surgery in Philadelphia, however, the patient did not have transportation. Without hesitation, Dr. Marotta drove her to Temple University Hospital at 3 a.m. In the office, Dr. Marotta makes everyone laugh, both patients and staff, by playing jokes and singing songs. He listens carefully to everyone’s concerns and goes out of his way to make a difference in how people are feeling. His smile and caring attitude are contagious and have set a very high standard throughout Cape Regional Physicians Associates. Dr. Marotta is an absolute pleasure to work with as he always goes out of his way to truly make a difference. His kind, caring and compassionate nature makes him stand out from his peers—thank you Dr. Marotta for making a difference.”
