Peebles Event Helps Local Charities

By Herald Staff

RIO GRANDE — Stage Stores, the parent company of Peebles and Goody’s stores, announced its annual Fall Charity Days on Nov. 1 – 2.
The event will benefit worthwhile local charities and nonprofit organizations in over 288 Goody’s, Peebles and Stage stores in 24 states, including one in Rio Grande and another in Ocean View.
The two-day in-store shopping event gives customers the opportunity to support and give back to their community, as well as enjoy outstanding coupon savings on top of already-low sale prices storewide.
For a $5 donation to the participating charity of their choice, customers will receive a Charity Days Coupon Book with eighteen extra special offers. All coupons are valid Sunday and Monday, November 1 and 2 only. All proceeds from the sale of the Coupon Books will go directly to the charity. Customers may also buy Coupon Books at their local Goody’s, Peebles or Stage store, with all donations being divided equally among participating charities and organizations in each community.
In addition to all the special coupon offers, customers will also receive a Free $10 Gift Card with every $100 purchase made November 1 and 2.
“We believe in giving back to the communities that make our success possible,” said Andy Hall, President and CEO of Stage Stores. “It’s a great way to show our appreciation and help deserving charities at the same time.”
