By Herald Staff

AVALON — Robert T. Rich, broker-owner of Coldwell Banker James C. Otton Real Estate Inc. recognized John Molnar, an agent with the company, upon receiving “Lion of the Year” Award from the Avalon Lions Club for “outstanding service, loyalty, and devotion to the club,” according to a release.
“John has been instrumental in instituting new events and fundraisers and has chaired several committees for the organization.” stated Charlie LeFevre, president of the Avalon Lions Club.
John is his “right hand man” who is always “one of the first to step up to the plate.”
Molnar and his wife Jennette are both real estate agents in the Avalon office of Coldwell Banker Otton.
Rich stated he is “proud to have such community-minded people giving their time to such a worthy cause.”
“The community service John performs is a fine example of the Coldwell Banker Otton way of thinking” Rich said.
