Mid Atlantic Center Lights Christmas Tree

By Jack Fichter

CAPE MAY- Mid Atlantic Center for the Arts lit its Christmas Tree, Saturday Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. at the Emlen Physick Estate.
Before the button was pushed to illuminate a live, growing tree, the Cape Harmonaires sang carols. Visitors toured the Physick Estate which is decorated to portray a Victorian Christmas. Dr. Physick, portrayed by Bob Heinly, helped Santa Claus light the tree to cheers of the crowd.
Santa stayed to hear the Christmas wishes of many children.
