CRS Designation
Holly C. Rennie, a sales associate with Avalon’s Ferguson Dechert Real Estate, recently earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation of the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Realtors receiving the designation must complete advanced courses and demonstrate professional expertise in residential real estate. Fewer than 38,000 realtors nationwide have earned the credential.
Holly also has been awarded GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and e-PRO designations, as well as the Distinguished Sales Award and Multi-Million Dollar Sales Award for the past 12 years.
