The John Walter Band, the Community Concert Band of Cape May County, in addition to performing more than 20 concerts annually, completed its 2018-2019 “Play It Again” campaign. John Walter Band members collect and refurbish gently used musical instruments and offer these to local schools with music programs, as part of its continuing Arts and Family Outreach Programs. Area schools receiving instruments from the John Walter Band’ Play -It-Again program this year were:
- Margaret Mace Elementary School, North Wildwood
- Wildwood High School
- Dennisville School District
- Crest Memorial Elementary School in Wildwood Crest
