Irish Native Opens 7 Mile Travel in Woodland Village

By Sponsored

CLERMONT – Mary Pratico realized her lifelong dream of owning a travel agency, although she couldn’t have predicted it would be 3,187 miles from where she was born. The Donegal, Ireland native has officially opened 7 Mile Travel in Woodland Village, Clermont after almost two decades of experience in the travel industry.
“It’s a full-service agency offering everything from airline tickets to hotels, river cruises, all-inclusive resorts, anything that fits our clients’ needs and we do not charge booking fees,” says Mary.
This career move has been a long time coming for Mary, who first arrived in the U.S. back in 1987. She started a cleaning business called Irish Spring Cleaning. But Mary didn’t stray too far from her dream of working in travel. She attended an accredited travel school, then worked for Liberty Travel for 11 years, and for AAA in the travel department for another six years.
Anyone interested in discussing travel plans to any destination can call or stop by. “I’m happy to share my knowledge and expertise to make your trip truly special,” says Mary.
7 Mile Travel is at 1943 N. Rt. 9, Woodland Village, Clermont. For more information, call (609) 465-7306, visit www.7miletravels.com or email mary@7miletravels.com.
