SWAINTON — Cape May County Association of Realtors has announced its 2008 Board of Directors.
NJAR President, Drew Fishman on Jan. 9, at Sand Barrens Golf Club here, installed new directors.
Ian Lazarus, president of The Landis Company of Sea Isle City is the 2008 CMCAR president.
Lazarus began his career as a Realtor in Atlantic County in 1988 working as a director of sales for The Ocean Club Condominiums in Atlantic City.
A licensed N.J. Real Estate Broker since 1987, Lazarus received his CRS designation in 1996.
He has held several positions on the Cape May County Association of Realtors Board of Directors including vice president, treasurer, director and chair of the Cape May County Multiple Listing Service committee.
As association president, Lazarus’s game plan is simple, “I will help support CMCAR’s mission to serve the professional needs of its members, develop programs and services to enhance the ability to conduct business successfully and ethically, and to serve as an advocate for private property rights and the real estate industry.”
