Full-Service Real Estate in Wildwood Crest

A Wildwood, New Jersey life-long resident, real estate owner and Broker has opened a new full-service real estate firm in Wildwood Crest.
Nicholas D. Konides has started Jersey Shore Real Estate Services, LLC at 5712 New Jersey Ave. (609-522-5800).
Joining Konides as a partner in this business venture is the highly successful Real Estate Professional, Nancy Sittineri.
Sittineri is also a lifelong resident of Cape May County. She previously was associated with H.N. Hand Realtors-Appraisers for 10 years as a Broker-associate, and prior to that was a paralegal for seven years.
Together they will provide nearly 35 years of Real Estate experience to their clients. Both are members of the National Association of Realtors, New Jersey Association of Realtors & Cape May County Board of Realtors.
Konides obtained his B.A. from Stockton State College and an M.B.A. degree from Rutgers University. He was previously associated with Coldwell Banker Otton Real Estate as a Broker-Manager and achieved recognition in the Million Dollar Club and the Diamond Club for sales achievement.
He also served as the former President of 1900 Boardwalk Condominium Association and former President of Tiburon Shores Condominium Association in Sea Isle City. He currently is a member of the Board of Trustees for St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church.
Sittineri graduated from Cumberland College with an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies. She has served as a senior member of the Planning Board for Middle Township as well as serving the youth recreation department on many levels.
She has sold over 30 million dollars of real estate over the last 10 years and has earned recognition in The Circle of Excellence for sales many times over the last eight years.
