ATLANTIC CITY — The following travel advisory has been issued for Atlantic City Expressway Dec. 4 and 5, weather permitting.
Exit 2 closed for six hours each day
Interchange No. 2 EASTBOUND will be closed for emergency guide rail and
sign repair, from 8:30 a.m. through 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4 and
Wednesday, Dec. 5.
Motorists who would normally use Exit No. 2 EAST for destinations in
Atlantic City are advised to seek alternate routes.
Viable alternatives:
Exit #5 Eastbound : LEFT at the top of the ramp and proceed North on
NEW ROAD, to US 30 EAST (White Horse Pike), to Atlantic City.
If your destination is any of the South end casinos or the Black Horse
Pike, East of Exit #2, an option is to continue to the end of the
Expressway to ATLANTIC AVENUE – turn RIGHT onto Atlantic and proceed
South to US40 / US 322 WEST.
