Dog Obedience Training Club Donates to Mutt Strutt

PPAWS members and dogs at the 2018 Mutt Strut

By Sponsored

The Cape May County Dog Obedience Training Club recently donated $1000, part of the proceeds from the 2018 Mutt Strut, to the area PPAWS group.  People and Puppies At Work for Sight is a group of volunteers who raise puppies to become seeing eye dogs for The Seeing Eye, the oldest and largest guide dog school in the world.
The CMCDOTC share of the proceeds is used to defray the cost of dog obedience classes offered to the public and training programs for members.
The 2019 Mutt Strut, now in its 13th year, will be held on the Cape May Promenade on Saturday, September 7 with a rain date of Sunday September 8 from 8 am to 12 noon.  Mark your calendar now for this fun activity with your dog.

For information on dog training classes for puppies and beginners, with the next session starting April 2, email cmcdotc@comcast.net or visit www.cmcdotc.com.  To learn more about the PPAWS program email ppaws-nj@comcast.net or see the People & Puppies at Work for Sight on Facebook.
