Divij Dave, Esq. Celebrates Opening of New Law Office

Divij H. Dave, Esq. is proud to announce the official opening of his Cape May Court House law office, located at 106 North Main Street. The son of Dr. Hemang Dave of Hope Community Medical Center, Divij was born and raised in Upper Township and is happy to serve his local community.
After graduating from Ocean City High School, Dave pursued his undergraduate studies at Hofstra University. While there, Divij gained valuable experience in the fields of Wealth Management, Customer Relations, and Management. He went on to graduate with a dual degree in Finance and Legal Studies in Business.
His intellectual pursuits at Hofstra were pivotal in Divij’s decision to attend law school and further his legal knowledge. He attended Thomas M. Cooley law school where he was able to complete teh curriculum in just two years.
To fulfill his final graduation requirement, Divij worked as an extern at The Jersey City Law Department. The Law Department was so pleased with his work that they decided to hire Divij full-time after he completed his externship with them. During his year-long tenure at the Law Department, Divij gained hands-on experience in the fields of Contracts, Municipal Law, Real Estate, and Civil Matters. He then decided to leave the Department in August of 2013 to fulfill his lifelong dream of opening a practice of his own.
As a member of the local Kiwanis and Rotary Clubs, Divij is an active member of the local community and hopes to use his practice to help as many local residents as possible. He strongly believes that legal services should be affordable to all because everyone deserves to have their rights protected.
He is one of few Cape May County lawyers who practices in immigration and is well-versed in the proper applications and forms that must be completed throughout the immigration process.
