CHERRY HILL — Hinkle, Fingles & Prior, a full-service disability law firm is expanding its legal services in New Jersey, opening new offices in Paramus and Cherry Hill. The firm has provided specialized legal services for children and adults with disabilities and their families since 1974. The partners and associates of the firm also provide educational lectures and workshops on disability rights and other legal topics at no charge to non-profits, parents groups, and service providers.
The firm’s new offices in Paramus and Cherry Hill will allow them to serve more people with disabilities and their families, and service providers throughout the state. “Children and adults with disabilities and their families face serious hurdles in acquiring the services and supports they need,” said S. Paul Prior, Esq., a partner at the firm. “Whether it’s appropriate special educational services for children, access to quality health care, eligibility for government benefits, or community-based services for adults, we’re finding families are facing uphill battles, especially in an environment of shrinking public resources.” The state’s waiting list for adult community services numbers in the many thousands and is increasing in size.
By expanding services in the north and south of the state, the firm believes that it will be able to reach more families of children and adults with disabilities, and help them secure important specialized services in a timely fashion. The firm also expects to provide additional workshop services to non-profits and family groups, to support their own advocacy efforts in the community.
The firm’s new offices are located in Paramus at the Mack-Cali Center III, 140 E. Ridgewood Ave. Suite 415, (201) 940-7206; and in Cherry Hill at the Beowulf Center, 1814 E. Route 70, Suite 350, (609) 896-4200. By appointment only. Visit www.hinkle1.com
Family groups and non-profits interested in scheduling education and workshop services should call the Lawrenceville offices at 609-896-4200.
Wildwood Crest – Dual elected positions are not allowed in NJ. I am curious as to how Will Morey can be a county commissioner and on the Wildwood Crest school board.
