On Sunday, March 12, 2017, FINs held a Sunday Social to benefit the veterans at the DAV Chapter 44. Over $2,000 was raised that day. Commander Sam Carter and Service Officer Bob McGeenhan of the DAV Chapter 44 accepted the check from the Sunday Social Event Director and FINs owner Jeff Gernitis, and co-sponsor Francey Burke of Burke Motor Group.
