COURT HOUSE – The Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Health Insurance Committee will update members and guests on business community requirements for compliance with the Affordable Healthcare Act. This program will be offered at the Chamber’s November Business Meeting being held at Bobby Dee’s Rock ‘n’ Chair in Avalon Nov. 20 at 12 noon.
Details on the SHOP, Small Business Health Options Program; small business eligibility for tax credits; and Transitional Relief for large businesses (over 100 employees) will be discussed as well as other requirements taking effect in 2015.
