This will make 11 offices in the Century 21 Alliance franchise and provide them with even more opportunity to serve their customers in South Jersey. Being centrally located in North Cape May Shopping Center at the corner of Bayshore Road and Sandman Boulevard should provide easy access to customers who would like utilize their services. They are open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Broker-Manager and Owner John Koch realized that his Wildwood Crest agents were doing a tremendous amount of business in the surrounding markets of Lower Township, North Cape May, Villas, Cold Spring, Cape May, West Cape May and Rio Grande and felt they could better serve those communities by expanding and opening an office more centrally located to those areas. Having a local hub will allow their team quick access to the tools they need to provide their clients with outstanding service in sales and seasonal or year round rentals.
