Catherine Wolfe Appointed Clinical Manager of Intensive Care

COURT HOUSE – Cape Regional Medical Center has announced the appointment of Catherine Wolfe, MS, RN as Clinical Manager of Intensive Care.
“We are pleased to welcome Catherine Wolfe as Clinical Manager of the Intensive Care Unit,” stated Louise Baclasky, RN, BSN, Administrative Director of Critical Care and Dialysis. “Cathy is a dedicated nursing professional committed to improving patient care through education and evidence-based practice. In addition, she brings more than 30 years of professional nursing expertise which includes experience in key leadership and education positions.”
Ms. Wolfe received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University in Towson, Maryland and her Master’s Degree in Nursing Leadership from Stevenson University in Baltimore. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, American Association of Diabetes Educators, the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and is a certified ACL and BLS Instructor. Cathy and her husband, Michael, live in Cape May Beach and have two daughters.
Prior to joining the Cape Regional Medical Center Team, Ms. Wolfe served as Manager of a Medical Surgical Telemetry Unit as well as Clinical Educator for Greater Baltimore Medical Center from 2008 until 2014. In addition, she served at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore in various leadership positions from 2002 – 2008 and was a Critical Care Nurse from 1998 – 2002 for Greater Baltimore Medical Center.
