Castaway Café Hosts Open House Event

By Sponsored Content

Since the grand opening, Castaway Café of Villas has impressed new patrons with its classic American breakfast and lunch cuisine. Owners Pawel and Marti Banach are new to the restaurant scene but have certainly set a high standard for what they describe as “good old fashioned, home cooked” dishes. Their eggs made to order and omelets – served with red-skinned potatoes, home fries, or tater tots – have been major sellers for the morning crowd. Start your day off with Castaway’s Fun-Guy Omelet featuring assorted mushrooms and onions or sample their omelet of the sea, stuffed with crab meat, sharp cheddar cheese, and seasoned with Old Bay.
Buttermilk pancakes are made entirely from scratch on the premises and are available loaded with fresh local fruit, filled with chocolate or peanut butter chips, and stuffed with bananas and walnuts. The signature Castaway waffle is served golden brown and topped with fresh fruit and whipped cream. The Pelican Special is sure to satisfy especially hungry Castaway guests and features three pancakes, three eggs any style, three strips of bacon or sausage, and red skinned home fries, tater tots, or bay home fries. Wake up with the great-value Early Bird Special with two eggs, two sausage, two pancakes, and sides from 7 to 9 am daily.
Open through 2 pm daily, Castaway Café offers lunch items just as promising as its numerous breakfast specialties. All burgers and and chicken breast sandwiches are handmade and served with hand cut French fries or sweet potato fries.
An extensive wrap menu features favorites such as the Chicken Caesar and Veggie wraps while the signature Jersey Shore salad – topped with dried cranberries, tart apple, bleu cheese crumbles, and raspberry vinaigrette – is perfect for a light bite. Castaway Café offers a family friendly, relaxed dining atmosphere and offers a $5.50 Kids Menu. The completely remodeled Castaway Café features a nautically themed ambiance that celebrates local Jersey Shore beaches and surf culture. This bright, clean atmosphere sets the scene for a fun and casual dining experience.
This Friday, July 12th, Castaway Café invites loyal patrons and new diners to their Open House event. The Open House will feature “Buy one, get one free” deals and free pancakes. For more information on deal times, see their ad in this edition.
