AVALON – In our ever-changing and evolving world, certain things inevitably remain constant—and our health is at the top of the list. This year’s Cape Regional Home and Health Show will be held at the Avalon Elementary School on Saturday, Aug. 12 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m.
At the Health Show, explore the exhibits and benefit from free health screenings–all in an informal setting where you can interact with healthcare professionals and receive individualized attention to specific questions and needs. Take advantage of the numerous opportunities to learn about the various services that Cape Regional Health System is offering. From 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., Cape Regional’s primary care physicians, surgeons, specialists and professionals from various state-of-the-art facilities will be on-hand to talk with guests at “The Doctor Is In” exhibits.
At the Home Show, please feel free to stop by to meet vendors from our local area and gather ideas for your home. They will be glad to discuss your home projects and perhaps set up an onsite appointment.
The Guidebook for this year’s Home & Health Show and Designer House Tour is sponsored by Sturdy Savings Bank, Radzieta Funeral Home, The Cape May County Herald Newspaper and Taylor Healthcare, and is the “GPS” to all of the day’s events! The Guidebook features advertisements from exhibitors and sponsors and devotes full-page layouts to each Designer House. The centerfold features a map, pinpointing the location of each home on the tour for ease of navigation along 7 Mile Island. The Guidebook is available at www.caperegional.com/designertours; enter your email and a copy of The Guidebook will be sent to your inbox. It can also be obtained by calling the Cape Regional Foundation at (609) 463-4040 or at the Avalon or Stone Harbor Chambers of Commerce.
Additional sponsors of this year’s event include: Kravet Inc., Burke Subaru, Glenn Insurance, UBS Financial Services, BAYADA Home Health Care, Radzieta Funeral Home, Penn Cardiology, Mid Jersey Cape Rotary, South Jersey Federal Credit Union, Merrell Lynch, Monzo Catanese Hillegass, PC, Paramount Air Services, The Cape May County Herald Newspaper, Hoffman Agency, Atlantic City Electric, Fox Rothschild, Ocean First Bank and Cape Regional Urgent Care.
All proceeds from the 7 Mile Island Home & Health Show and Designer House Tour benefit cancer services and surgical services at Cape Regional Medical Center.
Cape May County – I’d like to suggest to the Herald that they leverage spout offs draw and replace some of the ads for their paper with a few paid ads that you probably can charge a little extra for. Lots of people…
