Cape Regional Health System Announces ‘Difference Maker’ Award Recipients

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Cape Regional Health System has announced the system’s “Difference Maker” award recipients for the months of November and December 2016. These outstanding team members received the award for providing service that is always positive, engaged and proactive to their patients, visitors and fellow team members.
Jamie Leith, MA, Cape Regional Physicians Associates, North Cape May; Kathryn Ploucher, Receptionist, Jessica Walsh, MA, Donna Woods, Receptionist and Caroline Pope, MA, Cape Regional Physicians Associates, Village Drive; Imani Hubbard, ER Technician, Emergency Services; Corimae Gibson, RN, Maternity; and Sam White, Supervisor in Plant Operations were recently celebrated at a Difference Maker P.E.P. Rally where their fellow team members gathered to celebrate their accomplishments. The acronym P.E.P. stands for Positive, Engaged and Proactive.
“The Difference Maker Recognition Program recognizes team members for always demonstrating an unwavering commitment to Cape Regional Health System’s Service Standards. The nominations received each month from patients and fellow team members telling the remarkable stories of how our team is making a difference are truly inspiring,” stated Byron Hunter, Vice President of Human Resources. “Each Difference Maker creates an exceptional patient, visitor and employee experience every day by being positive, engaged and proactive.”
